I am delighted to share with you all that this September 24^th I will be hosting the premiere of my cabaret Love Story at Sommerro Hotel in Oslo.

My show is a one-of-a-kind love story set in Norway’s capital, packed full of original show tunes inspired by the city, tales and poems to melt into, and stories of 1930s Oslo that will set your heart alight.

I want to thank every one of you subscribed to this email list for supporting me from the start and to those of you who come to my shows and share my work. I literally could not do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💗

Almost two years ago I sent you all a simple recording of my poem Quantum Change. I wrote this poem at a moment several years ago when I decided to find my way back home to myself. Quantum Change was written to be the opening poem of Love Story, a little Word document I kept safely in my files until I was able to shepherd this show into the world.

Some of the poems in that manuscript became songs that I couldn’t stop singing around my little city apartment in Oslo, and then found their way into the hands of jazz pianist Fride Nøstdahl Hjelle who heard exactly what those songs were supposed to sound like with a piano. Love Story is a cabaret, a musical, an ode to Oslo, a map for those who feel lost, a celebration of the treasure in us all and I just can’t wait to share it with the world on the 24^th of September.
